VIN: WDBJF74H7XA885179
Mileage: 54,000
Title: Clean California
This 1999 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG remained under long-term ownership in Georgia from 2005 until it was sold on BaT in August 2021, and it was acquired by the current owner the following year. Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic over blue and black leather upholstery, the car is powered by a 5.4-liter V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. It has been retrofitted with Eibach lowering springs, and additional equipment includes an AMG exhaust system, 18″ AMG Monoblock wheels, fog lights, xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, a sunroof, a rear window sunshade, heated and power-adjustable front seats, and dual-zone automatic climate control. A remanufactured water pump was installed, and the air conditioning compressor, ambient air temperature sensor, rear brake pads, and tires were replaced under current ownership. This W210 E55 AMG is now offered on dealer consignment with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The car is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744U) and features AMG lower body styling, a glass sunroof, xenon headlights, fog lights, and twin AMG-branded exhaust finishers. There is a paint chip below the AMG badge on the front spoiler, and close-up images of the paint, trim, and lenses are provided in the image gallery below.
Previously installed aftermarket wheels were replaced with 18″ AMG Monoblock wheels under previous ownership, and traction is provided by 245/40 front and 275/35 rear Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires that were mounted in 2022. The car rides on Eibach lowering springs, and it is equipped with Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and Automatic Slip Control (ASR). Braking is handled by AMG-branded calipers over ventilated rotors measuring 13.1″ and 11.8″ front and rear, respectively. The rear brake pads were replaced in February 2025.
The interior features seats trimmed in blue leather with black side bolsters and matching door panels. Amenities include wood trim on the center console, dash, and door panels as well as heated and power-adjustable front seats, front seat position memory settings, dual-zone automatic climate control, an electric rear window sunshade, and a trunk-mounted CD changer. Interior touch-ups were completed in preparation for the sale.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts AMG-branded instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and a combination gauge showing fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows 54k miles, approximately 1,700 of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.4-liter M113 V8 was factory rated at 349 horsepower and 391 lb-ft of torque. The air conditioning compressor and ambient air temperature sensor were replaced in February 2025, and a remanufactured water pump was installed four months later. The car most recently passed a California smog test in January 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. The car is equipped with an AMG exhaust system.
