2022 Ram 1500 TRX Hennessey Mammoth 900

Hennessey's Mammoth 900 package begins with a truck that was already excessive and declines to show restraint. The TRX left the factory eight inches wider than a standard Ram 1500 with a supercharged Hemi under the hood. This one went to Sealy, Texas, and came back with considerably more.

This 2022 Ram 1500 TRX Crew Cab was modified by Hennessey Performance with their Mammoth 900 kit in April 2022. Power comes from a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V8 linked to an eight-speed automatic transmission, a full-time two-speed transfer case, and an electronically locking rear differential. It is finished in Diamond Black Crystal Pearl over black leather and microsuede with red accents. The current owner purchased the truck in 2023 and has since added approximately 4,000 of the 28,000 miles indicated. It is offered on dealer consignment with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

Exterior

The TRX added eight inches in width over the standard Ram 1500, and this example is finished in Diamond Black Crystal Pearl. Features include Hennessey and Mammoth 900 graphics, LED headlights and taillights, fog lights, a TRX-specific grille and hood, functional hood scoops, front and rear tow hooks, a receiver hitch, a tonneau cover, an Addictive Desert Designs rambar, and dual exhaust outlets.

Wheels, Suspension & Brakes

Black 20" Hennessey 10-spoke wheels are mounted with 35x12.5" Toyo Open Country tires. The truck rides on dual-valve Bilstein BlackHawk e2 adaptive dampers with remote reservoirs, and stopping power comes from 14.9" front and 14.8" rear vented anti-lock discs. A leveling kit was installed by Hennessey Performance in April 2022, and the brake calipers were aligned in February 2025.

Interior

The cab features power-adjustable front seats and a rear bench upholstered in black leather and microsuede with red accents. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, Hennessey-embroidered front headrests, heated seats, adaptive cruise control, and a 12" touchscreen Uconnect infotainment system with navigation, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. The heated steering wheel fronts an analog 120-mph speedometer and 7,000-rpm tachometer with inset auxiliary gauges and a central configurable LCD screen. Controls for launch control, differential engagement, and drive modes sit to the lower right of the steering column.

Engine & Drivetrain

The supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V8 was modified by Hennessey Performance in April 2022 with a ported supercharger snout, an upgraded supercharger drive pulley and drive hub, an upgraded overdrive crank damper, high-flow fuel injectors, a crankcase ventilation system, and a revised ECU. The water pump and thermostat were replaced in February 2025. Power reaches all four wheels through an 8HP95 eight-speed automatic transmission, a full-time two-speed transfer case, and an electronic-locking rear differential with 3.55:1 gearing. The rear driveshaft was replaced in February 2025.

Documentation

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists history in California.
